 Always three, them Witches up there on the mountain.  Folks say if you makes a deal with 'em they can let you talk to people beyond the Deep.  But my grans told me that what you be talkin to weren't nothen you want be dealing with.  And the cost always be more then you should pay.

The Coven of the Grey Witches linger between the living and the dead.  They exist as conduits between words, serving as oracles, and diviners as well as catalysts for their own schemes and desires.  Each in her own right is an extremely powerful witch/hag that has defied their own death to extort years of life from others in payment for their services.  Together their power is tantamount to a corrupt god thirsting to increase their position within the realm.  The Grey Wiches are Malgara Shadowweaver (Druid/Magic User), Elara Bonechant (Cleric/Sorcerer), and Thalara Nightshade (Magic User/Aclemist)  Each of the Grey Witches oversees three coven leading "daughter" creating a path of transition should one of the Grey witches be destroyed a daughter can take her place.

Curses. A witch's words have power. The threads of her ancestors carry power to her thoughts and will.  Witches can summon that power into a directed curse bringing her words to life.  A Grey Witches curse is permanent and can only be removed by the witch, divine intervention of a wish spell.  

The Grey witches can draw from the following addition pool of powers. (each can control one third of these powers, only one of the three can use any single power at a time)

1. Spectral Familiar: The Grey Witches can summon spectral familiars from the realm between the living and the dead to aid them in their endeavors.
2. Soul Drain: They have the ability to drain the life force of their victims, extending their own lifespan at the expense of others.
3. Necrotic Infusion: The Grey Witches can infuse their spells and attacks with necrotic energy, causing additional damage and decay to their targets.
4. Shadowmeld: They can merge with shadows, becoming nearly invisible and gaining enhanced stealth abilities.
5. Phantom Manipulation: The ability to manipulate and control phantoms and spirits to do their bidding.
6. Veil of Deception: They can cast illusions so convincing that even the most discerning minds may be fooled.
7. Ethereal Projection: The Grey Witches can project their consciousness into the ethereal plane, allowing them to spy on their enemies and manipulate events from afar.
8. Soul Binding: They have the power to bind souls to objects or locations, enslaving them to do their bidding for eternity., and creating powerful relics or cursed artifacts.
9. Death's Whisper: The ability to communicate with the dead and extract information from them.
10. Temporal Distortion: They can manipulate time in small increments, slowing it down or speeding it up to their advantage.
11. Curse of Eternal Torment: They can inflict curses that bring eternal suffering to their victims, ensuring their torment even beyond death.
12. Dream Manipulation: The Grey Witches can infiltrate the dreams of others, influencing their thoughts, emotions, and actions while they sleep.
13. Plaguebearer's Touch: With a mere touch, they can spread disease and decay, sowing chaos and suffering wherever they go.
14. Essence Transference: The ability to transfer their consciousness into another body, effectively cheating death by inhabiting a new vessel.
15. Enthralling Voice: Their voices hold a hypnotic power, capable of bending the wills of others to their desires and commands.
16. Fate Weaving: The Grey Witches have the ability to manipulate the threads of fate, altering the destinies of individuals and entire civilizations.
    

 When the Grey Witches combine their power they may collective preform the following rituals:

1. Convergence of Curses: When acting together, the Grey Witches can amplify the potency of their curses, weaving them into a devastating web of misfortune that affects entire regions.

2. Eclipse Ritual: By combining their powers, they can temporarily shroud the land in darkness, granting them enhanced control over shadows and the creatures that dwell within them.

3. Triad's Touch: When united, their mere touch can drain not just years, but entire lifetimes from their victims, leaving them as withered husks.

4. Ethereal Nexus: Together, they can create a powerful nexus between the material and ethereal planes, allowing them to summon forth spirits and entities from beyond to do their bidding.

5. Maelstrom of Elements: By working in tandem, the Grey Witches can unleash a devastating maelstrom of elemental energy, combining fire, water, earth, and air into a cataclysmic force of destruction.

6. Transcendent Transference: With their combined power, they can perform a ritual of soul transference, allowing them to swap bodies at will, ensuring their immortality and making it nearly impossible to defeat them permanently.
